Dating a Ukrainian woman you should learn what can destroy your natural charm, undermine charisma and, as a result, deprive the deserved admiration of others.
Tips in the genre "how to become more attractive" are usually quite commonplace: they offer you to listen to good music, to walk with a dog and so on. It is much more interesting, that things can destroy your natural charm, undermine charisma and, as a result, deprive you of the deserved admiration of others.
Chronic lack of sleep
This can be proved by a study published on the British Medical Journal website. In 2010, experts conducted an experiment where they showed a group of students pictures of people who slept at least 8 hours and photos of people who had not slept for 31 hours. The non-sleepers were called "tired", and also less attractive, less healthy, and sadder.
Miserliness
In 2014, Chinese researchers conducted an experiment: showing students photos of people, they described each photo as epithets, either "generous" or "mean". Photos from the category "stingy" were called attractive less often.
Stress
A 2013 study found that women with elevated levels of the stress hormone (cortisol) seem less attractive to men. This works in the opposite direction. Subconsciously, a man with an elevated level of the stress hormone seems to be less healthy and less fertile, and therefore less attractive.
Too joyful look
Women do not like men who smile too much. A 2011 study published on the website of the National Institutes of Health of the USA showed that men consider women who demonstrate joy and happiness the most attractive, and arrogant women are not popular. Women choose men with a proud and independent look. And the owners of wide smiles do not interest them.
Lack of sense of humour
The authors of the 2009 study "The Influence of Humour on interpersonal attractiveness and Partner Choice", published on the website of the National Institute of Health of the USA, came to the expected conclusions: the worse you understand jokes, the less attractive you seem to the opposite sex.
Smell
Science suggests that people, like other representatives of the animal world, subconsciously seek a pair of individuals that are unlike them genetically. One of the markers of genetic similarity is the smell from the mouth. In 2004, the researchers conducted the following experiment: couples in long-term relationships took DNA samples from the mouth and, incidentally, all participants were asked to tell anonymously whether they had cheated their partner. Later, scientists compared the results and found that in pairs where DNA has similar features, cheating are many times greater.
