Most inveterate smokers are aware of the harm of their habit to their health and people around them. Nevertheless, they don’t give up smoking. Why? To give up smoking you have to be willing and determined to do it. As psychologists say, you have to find some motivation to do it. Your non-smoking foreign bride, isn’t it a good motivation? Statistics shows that most Russian ladies do not smoke and they prefer non-smoking guys. External reasons of the desire to smoke for different people are some situations. For example, for most men smoking is the source of relaxation, breaks at work, staying in the countryside, a pleasant evening in a café, drinking some alcohol, or stress.
To give up smoking do the following: take a list of paper and write down in one column “What smoking gives me?” and in the other one “Why I want to give it up?”. Be honest. Compare the lists. If there are more points in the second column have it always on hand, reread it. Get rid of all smoking accessories, like ashtrays, lighters, matches. Be determinant. Say everyone that you want to give up smoking. Your foreign bride will appreciate your efforts.
