Almost every self-respecting man knows the flowers to be the most beloved and versatile gift for the Russian lady. The bouquet of magical, fragrant flowers can convey a special feeling, cheer up, paint the rainiest and gloomy day in bright colors. There is no need to wait for a reason or for the special celebration to give the flowers. This is a real pleasure because you are giving them to your beloved and dear person.
But the question is why the ladies are fond of flowers so much? The answers can be different. For example, the ladies are delicate, beautiful and innocent as the flowers are, or the flowers are the most appropriate and nice gift. Anyway, there is a more interesting interpretation of such affection. The love of flowers dates back many millions of years ago when the survival was the first consideration of people. The men were not gentle and attentive. Their task was to survive and to protect the family. In those days, the community of primitive people lived on certain harsh laws, the basis of all was total patriarchy. The man was the main earner in the family, that meant that the entire crop produced, and those items that were considered valuable in a society were in a man’s possessions. Winter brought total famine. The attempts to find something out of food or catch some little animals, often failed. That could go on for weeks.
Millions of years ago, the climate was much warmer than nowadays. So the vegetation was more various. That is why when the spring started, the life of people changed, as there was a great variety of plants to be eaten. The men gathered the plants, flowers and gave them to the women. That made the life of women bright, full of happiness as there was no need to worry about the food till the next cold season.
Until today, the flowers are the most pleasant gift for the lady. And nowadays there is no need to wait some special season to give the flowers to your beloved ladies. Your love is the reason to give the flowers to your soul mate any time you like to make her happy.
