Jogging, swimming, riding a bicycle, walking, and rope jumping are the most natural forms of physical exercise. To walk, jog, or jump over rope you don’t need special training, and to learn to swim, or ride a bicycle you will need only several lessons. While in most kinds of sport, on the contrary, you will need not one month to master the simplest skills (for example, in tennis or skiing). The advantages of these five forms of physical activity are in absence of special equipment and significant monetary expenses. You can walk in any shoes, jog all year round, jump using almost any rope and you can rent a bicycle from a teenager. Swimming pools are located in any city. Any of these forms of activity gives the heart, lungs, and the entire muscle system significant load and is wonderful training. Slavic girls enjoy all these types of activity and that is the secret why brides from Eastern Europe are always in such good shape and healthy.
