Four Rules of Successful Men to Start the Day

Every morning you do not know how to get yourself out of bed? The Author of the book “School of Greatness” Lewis House provides motivation recipes.

1. Remember, what you're good at
Before you get out of bed in the morning, spend a few minutes thinking about 3-5 things for which you are grateful: what great job you have, how much progress you have achieved in recent years, how beautiful the Slavic woman who sleeps next to you.

2. Don’t kick the can down the road
According to the National Sleep Foundation study (US), every third man doesn’t make the bed in the morning. Don’t be this kind of man: no matter how trifling it may seem, it is your first task for a new day. Once you fix it, you’ll fix everything else.

3. Wake your brains up
Morning training helps support increased self-control and the brain's ability to plan and concentrate throughout the day. Moreover, in the morning, you're still fresh and free, and in the evening, there are certainly reasons to hang out at the gym.

4. Remember the goal
Decide on what you focus on globally today. Mark three problems associated with this purpose, they have a higher priority today. It is too easy to pull down the day to the toilet all day, to fritter away your energy. One who thinks big achieves big.
