Why Do Russian Women Prefer Dating Sites To Social Networks?

Bright photos from accounts of stars, popular fitness models, top bloggers, travelers and other "successful people" in social networks negatively affect the mental state of ordinary users like Russian girls. This is expressed in anxiety, sleep deprivation and inflated demands on one's appearance in young people who are most active on the Internet.

Instagram affects emotional state worst of all. These are the findings of a new study conducted by the Royal Society of Public Health. The report contains data from earlier published studies on the impact of social networks on health, as well as the results of its own social survey of RSPH, in which about 1,500 British people aged 14 to 24 took part.
To find out how different social networks influence health, respondents were asked about the feelings during interaction with them. Questions were asked about five popular Internet resources: Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube, and Twitter.

The positive impact of the poll was felt only by YouTube, all other resources had a negative impact on them. The order of social networks from less to more negative, according to the survey, is as follows: Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, and Instagram. Instagram, in particular, evoked a feeling of anxiety and discontent among the respondents. One of the authors of the report told CNN that the girls often compare themselves with the pictures taken off from reality, created in Instagram with the help of special filters. The study cites the words of one of the respondents: "Instagram makes it easy for girls and women to feel that their bodies are not good enough because people add filters and edit their photos to make them look" perfect."

Russian Women prefer natural beauty and they're ready to share it with real men who can appreciate it. So they do choose dating site where there is no need to use any filters but be real.
