Now inflate the second balloon, which is already in the heart with confetti and tie. You should get a big round ball with confetti and a love letter in the form of a heart inside. Instead of writing on the heart, you can use a little love note in the same heart. You can also write a romantic message on the note in the form of the heart and use both balls in the form of hearts in different sizes. Thereby obtaining the effect of matryoshka (nesting doll).
