British experts say St. Valentine's Day leads to a burst of fertility in nine months. According to The Daily Mail, this week it is expected that the rates of conception will be 5% higher than usual. For example, in 2015, during the week that fell on February 14, more than 16,000 children were conceived. Moreover, the average figures were 15,427 children. Thus, February is the only month capable of approaching the number of conceptions by the period of Christmas holidays.
However, the week that goes after Valentine's Day, is fixed even more conception - 16 344. Apparently, on the holiday many lovers decide to create a full-fledged family. This makes this week the second in terms of the number of conceptions compared to the Christmas holidays. Without a doubt, Valentine's Day often brings lovers together to such an extent that they decide to give life to a new person, and this makes the holiday even more pleasant and valuable.
By the way, if you take the UK, it was recently established that the children born in 2018 can count on the average life expectancy, which is the maximum in the history of the country. For example, every third girl must live to be 100 years old.
