Healthy dinners with a hot Russian bride

A lot of people ask themselves a question of how late is it appropriate to have dinner not to harm your health. Most dieticians and doctors agree in the opinion that no dinner can be called a too late one. It is all very individual and depends on how much time there is between your lunch and dinner, as if this gap is significant, most probably you will snack too much and overeat. The best advice is to eat when you are the most active.
Of course for the majority of people the time of being the most active is morning, so big meals should be breakfast and lunch with a light dinner. Calories are burnt slowly at night, so a heavy dinner will add extra inches.
The simplest advice that most Russian girls follow is that all products are good in moderation. You can eat everything, but within reasonable limits. Also Russian women restrain themselves on sweets that are empty calories and replace them with fruits and vegetables rich in fiber. Try steamed vegetables and raw in the salad.
